Overview

The Panama Logistics Park is a comprehensive solution for companies that want to establish their businesses in Panama, which require first-class services and infrastructure. The design allows for centralized administration management, service structure, and shared costs.

It is located on the eastern side of the city, a short distance from the Tocumen International Airport, with fast connectivity with the rest of the logistics infrastructure that the country offers.

The Panama Logistics Park is located on the Pan-American Highway, a few meters from the 24 de Diciembre overpass.

The Panama Logistics Park occupies a property of approximately 46 hectares, with a multilevel topography that allows an adequate distribution of the lots. The lots form an environment of space, independence and privacy between the buildings, which are complemented by impressive gardens and natural rainwater channels, which give the project a special character. The project has streets of 20 m and 2 m of easement where the pavement is special because it is 23 cm thick. Electrical wiring is on one side of the main avenue, while intersections and lots are wired underground.

The Panama Logistics Park has a total area of 46 hectares, which serves as an industrial park and free zone. It offers a modern infrastructure design with the concept of a sustainable logistics efficiency model with the following characteristics:
