Global Business Terminal

Overview

Global Business Terminal (GBT) is a business center located 680 meters away from Tocumen International Airport.

It is oriented to support the growing commercial, logistics and transport activities that occur both in Panama and in the region. With a total area of 18 hectares, the project is divided into three sections with an integrating concept of corporate offices, a hotel and an exhibition center.

Located on Ave. Domingo Díaz, one minute from Tocumen International Airport, 90 minutes from the Colon Free Zone and 20 minutes from Panama City. GBT ensures the maximum use of resources, allowing its users the efficient development of functions, while making it easier for its visitors to achieve the objectives of their business trip.

The Panama Logistics Park occupies a property of approximately 46 hectares, with a multilevel topography that allows an adequate distribution of the lots. The lots form an environment of space, independence and privacy between the buildings, which are complemented by impressive gardens and natural rainwater channels, which give the project a special character. The project has streets of 20 m and 2 m of easement where the pavement is special because it is 23 cm thick. Electrical wiring is on one side of the main avenue, while intersections and lots are wired underground.

Infrastructure

The project comprises modern office buildings with 6 levels each and up to 1,600 m2 per level.
