MIT Logistics Park
Overview
This new model of logistics operations created in Panama integrates all the benefits of the activities of the Colon Free Zone with an interface to a complete multimodal system that includes maritime, air and rail facilities.
The MIT Logistics Park is located in Colón near France Field and Manzanillo International Terminal (MIT).

The convenient location of this logistics park allows its clients to provide a wide range of value-added logistics services to the multinational brands they represent and access around 20 line services that continuously arrive at MIT, connecting the most important maritime routes. with the markets of the Caribbean and Central and South America.
Infrastructure
The MIT Logistics Park has a total area of 16.86 hectares with four warehouses specially designed to maximize all available spaces and develop all kinds of logistics services. These four warehouses have a total of 71,400 m2 with an additional expansion capacity of 17,000 m2. The main checkpoint allows entry access to two vehicles simultaneously and the exit of one. The park is able to offer direct rail access, which is available upon customer request.
In case of needing additional spaces, the logistics park is capable of expanding more than 20 contiguous hectares to the current limits.
