Zona Uno Terminal Industrial is located on the east side of Panama City, 5 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, with direct access to the South Corridor. The project is located in one of the new growth areas of Panama City.
The project is developed in two polygons; the first has 14 hectares, in addition to 3,430 m2 and the second has 26 hectares, in addition to 2,047.64 m2. Both combined make a total of 40 hectares, in addition to 5,478.05 m2.
The project is currently in the development and promotion phase. The warehouses will be located in lots from 360 m2 to 1,290 m2 and some will have a mezzanine with a maximum of 4.50 m above the plant level depending on the client’s choice.
Located in the Divisa area on the Inter-American Highway, Centrales Parque Logístico allows rapid mobilization to both Panama City and the Province of Chiriquí. The project is intended to be developed in 4 phases and Phase 1 is currently completed with a construction area of 11,550 m2.
