Overview
Between the center of Panama City and the Tocumen International Airport, along the South Corridor, is the Costa del Este Industrial and Commercial Park. The industrial complex offers a segregated area for the development of logistics and storage operations.
This complex connects a four-way checkpoint with Avenida Centenario where visitors, customers and a variety of merchandise enter and leave this area. An automated two-way checkpoint connected to the South Corridor provides exclusive access to private vehicles that report their entries while a camera surveillance system guarantees the security of the area.

Around 65 companies are established in this industrial and commercial park that has approximately 20.5 hectares fenced with an internal security system. Wide streets allow the continuous traffic of trucks, trailers and private vehicles with an interconnection in the middle of the area with the purpose of reducing traffic congestion and improving the movement of loads between storage facilities and warehouses.
42 hectare project. The general concept of the park also includes a Business Center, food court, green areas for sports and recreational activities.
